In addition to all the free experiences, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the Show without stretching your budget. With a little pocket money, families and friends can pick up showbags starting from just $5 or enjoy rides from only $10, making it easy to add a touch of extra excitement to the day.
Foodies will be in heaven with over 120 food and drink options, including a variety of Show Specials around the grounds for just $10 ranging from matcha, arancini, crispy chicken bao, and more. You can visit the new Sweetie Lane, indulge in the Good Food Trail, and watch live cooking demonstrations on the Grazeland Stage.
You can also get top value crowd favorites including WA quality cheese toasties for $4.50 and a $5 sausage in a bun from the Bush BBQ with money raised going to local shows around the State.
Robyn Sermon, Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia (RASWA) CEO says the range of experiences available at the Show offers exceptional value for money.
“Many families set a one ride, one showbag limit with the kids and can have a fantastic day out for less than other equivalents in Perth cost for a family day out during the school holidays,” Sermon said.
“You can bring your own picnic, set up under the shade around the arena and have an amazing day out just watching the activities and entertainment on the main ring.
“This year marks the 189th Perth Royal Show and no event lasts this long unless it is truly something special. It has become part of the personality of WA and Perth itself, a quintessential WA icon.
“That is the marvel and magic of the Show. Incredible value, unforgettable experiences, and a tradition unlike any other.”
The Perth Royal Show runs from 27 September to 4 October 2025 at Claremont Showground. Tickets are on sale now at perthroyalshow.com.au. Don’t miss out on WA’s biggest and most iconic event!
