DAYS TO GO

Enjoy the Perth Royal Show on a Shoestring – 101 Free Things to See and Do

MEDIA RELEASE | 20 September 2024

The 2024 Perth Royal Show is more affordable for WA families with over 101 free things to do at Show.

From animal encounters to cooking demos, and thrilling entertainment to hands-on farming experiences, this year’s show promises something for everyone—all without costing an extra cent!

An adult and four kids can attend the show for as little as $22, thanks to the WA Government ticket subsidy and an exciting array of free activities and attractions.

“That means for $4.40 each person can spend 11 hours at show, making it great value for people on all budgets,” says Robyn Sermon, CEO, Royal Agricultural Society of WA.

“You can catch the train for free on Sunday, bring your own picnic and this year we have a lot more open space, tables and shade around the arena to sit back and enjoy the free entertainment all day.”

That is an incredibly affordable day out, making the Perth Royal Show a must-attend event for families, friends, and lovers of fun and adventure.
