Lotterywest Inclusive Access Program

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Inclusive Access Program (IAP) is an initiative delivered by the Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia (RASWA) and proudly supported by Lotterywest. It aims to make the Perth Royal Show accessible to community members who may otherwise face barriers due to cultural, accessibility, financial, or other challenges. The program provides complimentary general entry tickets for eligible organisations to distribute to their clients or members.

By applying for and accepting tickets through the Inclusive Access Program, your organisation agrees to abide by the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

Only non-profit and community organisations operating in Western Australia are eligible to apply. Organisations must support individuals in one or more of the following categories:

  • Regional Agricultural Societies
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Community Groups
  • First Nations Organisations
  • Disability Support Services (including family/children and adult support)
  • Youth, Family, and Women’s Support Services

Note: Individuals cannot apply directly for tickets through the Inclusive Access Program.

3. Application Process

  • Applications must be submitted through the online form available on the IAP webpage.
  • All applications must be received by Friday 22 August 2025.
  • Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  • RASWA will inform applicants of the outcome by Tuesday 2 September 2025.

4.
Ticket Allocation

Ticket allocation is not guaranteed and may differ from the number requested. Allocation is based on:

  • Number of individuals supported by your organisation
  • Number and size of other applicants (across all community sectors)
  • Your organisation’s previous participation in IAP (including uptake of allocated tickets)
  • Total demand for tickets

RASWA reserves the right to reduce allocations to ensure equitable distribution.
