Lotterywest Inclusive Access Program

The Royal Agricultural Society is pleased to announce the return of the Perth Royal Show Lotterywest Inclusive Access Program in 2025, welcoming those who might face barriers to entry due to cultural, accessibility, financial or other reasons, to enjoy the magic of Show. 

This year, we have moved to a new EOI process to distribute tickets, ensuring they reach the people who need them most.  We have adapted the program to ensure participation is offered to as many qualifying community groups and support organisations in Western Australia as possible. 

We welcome non-profit and community support organisations across Western Australia to apply for an allocation of complimentary general entry Show tickets to distribute to their members and clients.

Animal Nursery

We know that crowds and noise at the Show can be overwhelming for some people, particularly in our popular Animal Nursery. Service organisations supporting children and families living with disability will also be invited to apply for smaller allocation of tickets providing exclusive early morning access to the Showground one hour before opening, to enjoy the Animal Nursery without the crowds.

Eligibility Criteria

Tickets will be distributed to ensure fair and equitable access for organisations across the following sectors: 

  • Regional Agricultural Societies 
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Community Groups 
  • First Nations Organisations 
  • Disability Support Services (including family/children and adult support) 
  • Youth, Family, and Women’s Support Services


Applications will be assessed based on: 

  • The number of applicants within each of the nominated community sectors 
  • The number of individuals supported by each organisation
  • The uptake of awarded tickets by participating organisations in previous years


Please note that tickets will only be available to applicants that meet defined criteria and submit their application on time. The quantity of tickets allocated to each group will depend on overall demand.
