Your tastebuds are in for a treat when you visit the Taste WA pavilion. Sourced from local WA produce, our partners for Taste WA 2019 include Lilydale Free Range Chicken, Harvey Beef, Beta Spuds, Harvey Fresh Jersey Girl Milk and Linley Valley Pork. Each will be bringing you some of WA’s finest produce in mouth watering recipes that the whole family can enjoy.

Lilydale Free Range Chicken
Once per day a chef will cook a special Lilydale Free Range Chicken recipe on the stage. Visitors to Taste WA will be in for a culinary treat, learning from the professionals in a lesson worthy of a master class.
One for the diary: Chef Tony Howell will be on the stage Monday 24 September. International renowned chef who is also locally grown from Margaret River.
Harvey Beef have been a trusted producer since 1919 and are proudly owned by a 6th generation farming family. You can find Harvey Beef on the menu at Taste WA – choose from a delicious scotch fillet steak sandwich or a flavoursome beef brisket curry.
Harvey Beef recipes will be cooked on the stage each day of the Show, make sure you stop by to see what’s cooking and what you can learn from the Taste WA chef about how to best enjoy Harvey Beef.
Locally grown potatoes from Beta Spuds will be available in 2 dishes on the Taste WA menu, offering a healthy and extremely tasty vegetarian option.
Each day Sophie Budd will be delivering a cooking demonstration on the stage using Beta Spuds potatoes in recipes you can take home and cook yourself.
