Daily shows in the DockDogs area near the Woodchop Arena at 11.30am, 1.00pm, 2.30pm and 4.00pm.

DockDogs is a water sport for dogs that essentially involves leaping off a purpose built platform into a pool after a floatable toy.

DockDogs Nationals Competition kicks off 8 days of Dogs flying through the sky into a 100,000 litre pool of water off a 40ft Long Dock, achieving jumps of up to 9 metres !!

DockDogs National event on 22 and 23 September pits the biggest jumping dogs across four divisions against each other in Big Air, that is Long Jump for Dogs, as well as Speed Retreive which is Drag Racing for dogs, with the handler releasing the dog on a green light to run, jump, fly and swim to a bumper toy hanging at the end of the pool. Finally there is Extreme Vertical which is literally High Jump out into the water with some of the highest flying dogs defending in the Perth Royal Show. It’s going to be an Epic ShowDown in the SplashZone!

Splash week at the Perth Royal Show is Monday 24 September through to Friday 28 September sees 4 shows a day where our pool opens to the people of Western Australia to take on our champions. The Final ShowDown is the West Australian DockDogs Titles and Dueling Dogs event on 29 September. The top local Dogs that have competed during the week go in to a Finals Day to see who is West Australia’s Top Dog in Pool.

Dueling Dogs is the most action you well ever see, as two dogs race side by side in this inaugural event that has taken the United States by Storm.
