From luscious chocolate to decadent ice cream, creamy cheese and delicious yoghurt, the Dairy Competition has to be one of the tastiest parts of the Royal Show. More than 350 dairy products from around Australia are entered into the competition for judging. Last year Western Australian companies received a swag of medals even though a Tasmanian producer was named the most successful exhibitor. Though the competition is finished before the Show starts, don’t forget to head to the Dairy Pavilion to taste the yummy treats on offer.
