You can’t but feel envious of the judges who spend their time judging the Bread & Pastry at the 2010 Smoke Free Perth Royal Show. This prestigious competition attracts close to 100 of the State’s best commercial bakeries and patisseries.
More than 500 loaves of bread, meat pies, black forest cakes, Danish pastries, petit fours, chocolate éclairs, vol-au-vents and sausage rolls are tasted and examined by a team of 20 experts.
