Sheep Shearing

The Sheep Shearing and Wool Handling competitions draw large crowds to the Jim Horwood Pavilion. The high calibre of shearers provides a strong and fierce competition on the first day of the Show. This year features the best of the west shearing for the title and the winners shearing off against two of New Zealand’s best.

Sheep shearing demonstrations happen all week and keep an eye out for The Best Fleece In WA on display.
